** Potential Masquerade breach detected **

Since the fall of the original SchreckNet, we are being more cautious about what's on the web. We installed new TORlok relays, tasked many Nossies to monitor sensitive sites, added sniffing scripts, and so on. And we just got an alert, from a sniffer script, programmed to react when detecting some given key words.
The alert comes from some blog on the darkweb, and based on a first analysis, it seems we are dealing with a potential Masquerade breach. Yes, we know. We don't work for Camarilla, or any other faction. But the Masquerade is still very important to our survival.
A mortal has been discussing kindred related things on a blog post, and our sniffer script has been triggered as a result. It is imperative that we investigate this situation and neutralize any potential threats before they can cause any harm.
Our mission is twofold: we must locate the mortal, or locate the item itself and secure it before it falls into the wrong hands. We have reason to believe that the mortal may be using a false identity or hiding behind encryption, so we'll need to use our web and tech savvy to track them down.
While this mortal may not be a too much trouble to handle, we must still approach this situation with caution. They've been smart enough to use some encrytion techniques we are familiar with.
Analyse the blog conversation transcript we received. Tags have been added every time the sniffer sent an alert, and prepared a script to trace back and locate the mortal. About the item, if you can get your hands on it, make sure to submit a new archive entry in the report.
It's up to you then, if you either prefer get to the root of the problem and deal with this lousy human, submitting their location to the Brood, or if you want to please our archivists, bringing them back the item, on your own.
